About

I’m a senior operations and transformation executive with more than 15 years’ experience helping financial services businesses improve performance, scale effectively, and deliver complex change. Having held leadership roles across operations, funds, delivery, and market management within global organisations including, I bring a practical, outcome-focused approach to solving business challenges.

Through Level 3 Consulting, I work with businesses that need experienced leadership, strategic clarity, and hands-on execution support — whether on a fractional, interim, or project basis. My background spans operational leadership, finance transformation, governance and controls, organisational redesign, digital transformation, and large-scale change delivery across the Channel Islands, UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg markets.

My approach combines big-firm experience with practical commercial thinking — providing senior-level expertise without unnecessary complexity. I work closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and implement solutions that create tangible business impact.
